Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the KEX Construction and Hardware Company Limited website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

KEX Construction provides the following services:

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided to us. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes in project scope
• Material costs and availability
• Site conditions
• Regulatory requirements

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change significantly from the original quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally:

• A deposit is required to commence work
• Progress payments are due at specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Flexible payment plans are available for qualifying projects

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your project contract. Warranty periods vary by service type:

• Finishing work: Typically 1-2 years
• Materials: As per manufacturer's warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Ensuring site access for our team
• Making timely payments as per contract
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

Limitation of Liability

KEX Construction's liability is limited to the contract value of your project. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Damage caused by third parties
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documents created by KEX Construction remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for your specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project contract with written notice. Termination terms will be as specified in your contract, including:

• Payment for work completed
• Return of materials
• Site cleanup

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or legal proceedings as a last resort

All disputes are subject to the laws of Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
